The Disznoko winery in Tokaj: in the tasting room, bottles of Tokaj: Eszencia 2000. the Eszencia has a deep golden red colour and the depth of it can be guessed from that it is still not quite clear. The Disznók? winery is owned by AXA Millesimes, a French insurance company. Disznoko means pig's head since a big rock in the vineyard supposedly looks like that.
